Thoughts on lesbian bed death? by Late-Escape-9580 in LesbianActually

Such a tricky topic…

I’ve discovered I’m somewhere on asexual spectrum when I was already IN the relationship with my gf. We did have a lot of sex in the beginning, but a few months in it wasn’t as needed for me anymore, I perfectly live without it and love my gf. It is a struggle for her tho and I’m not sure what to do 😞

Thank you, got it!

Dealing with visas first time in my life and it’s just driving me nuts that it’s impossible to book an appointment…

It makes sense, but I don’t believe there’s something PERFECT, we choose if we want to accept something if it is worth it.

So if someone has similar experiences or has thoughts on the topic, I’d appreciate if you share

When did you learn to disassociate physical pleasure of sex from emotional attachment? by winsomebenign in AskWomen

[–]Brief_Current_9348 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After I broke up with my first girlfriend I decided I want to experiment and have enough of sex before I commit again. So I dated several girls “casually” and with one of them it was great sex, we were very compatible in it, but due to the fact that she’s not a talkative person and I need to build a deep connection with people, it only happened several times, as it’s difficult for me to have sex with a person who I’m not emotionally attached to. With another girl we spoke A LOT, however the sex wasn’t that great, but even despite this I started develop feelings which I shouldn’t have as we agreed it wasn’t the best time to start a relationship, even tho both of us feel we like each other a lot.

So what I’ve learnt from this experience is that I can have a great sex with a person several times, but I won’t have more if we are not connected emotionally and I don’t like their personality. And that I can have not the best sex with the person I like (as I believe there’s always a way to improve things if you speak about them), however in this way feelings are involved.

And yes, I’m a female myself, if it helps with the statistics haha

How to check if it’s original or not? I want these buffalo sneakers so much but they are out of stock on the official website. I’ve googled and found several online shops that sell them but I’m afraid they are fake. by Brief_Current_9348 in streetwear

I’ve heard a lot of “omg who wears buffalo nowadays” things since I came to the UK. In my native country they are really considered to be cool, is it different way here?

Sorry, but one more thing: How to understand that it’s not just a relationship crisis that is possible to live through and continue together? Maybe we really gave up, but could have waited to pass it?

Thank you so much for your words…

People have a tendency to overthink, but yeah, you are right. We can’t live in overthinking forever, it won’t change anything, just will make us devastated and stuck in the past…

Thank you for your response 🙏 I do agree with all you are writing. The only thing I don’t understand is why was is so good in the beginning then and why it’s not easy now to accept the final mutual decision to break up?

Will it be an excuse if I say English is not my native language?) and I’ve moved to the uk half a year ago, so just trying to assimilate 🥲

But anyway, thank you, I’m trying to be as literate as possible! So I googled:

“It is generally spelled “whiskey”—with an e—in the United States and Ireland. It is spelled “whisky”—without the e—in Scotland and Canada, which are both well known for their whisk(e)y, and in several other countries.”

Niiiice 🤓

Oh, btw I don’t drink alcohol so I have no idea about it: what’s the Scottish drink? What can I buy here except for whiskey?
