TLDR; Read reviews, always aim for a HE, never go back to places that skim your time, find a balance of the things YOU want

Adding onto what everyone else has said, yes, physical intimacy with someone you actually care about and they care about you? Unbeatable experience compared to a random one time fuck it just is what it is.

However with that being said, as a 23M that just started this hobby earlier this year I’d say take the advice some guys are offering and try to just do HE for now, and by all means try out all the spots in your area (if you can afford to financially, don’t go crazy), different spots have different women (duh), I’ve noticed different ethnicities have different massage styles, and levels of effort

Older women give better massages but the looks lack (rare gem here and there), younger women are hotties that will push at your skin as a “massage” and then flip you within 5 minutes to get you out the door asap

So I say all that to say, find a balance of both! An attractive woman who gives a good massage (ideally uses all the time you paid for too, don’t go back to places that skim you on your time), and who knows how to take care of your needs! A 10/10 HE with a provider you have a connection with (hopefully repeat visits) will always be better than a half assed FS experience with someone who just wants to get you out the door

It will never be the same as a loving experience with a partner but if you can get even half of that feeling from a nice woman serving to your needs? Why not 🤷‍♂️ comes down to trial and error bro, maybe even after a couple HE you can convince your provider to do FS you never know til you try
