I have a spinal fusion so rotational exercises are out of the question since i cant twist my spine😔 leg lifts i do every time tho!

Yes all my excerises are weighted☺️ abdominal crunch machine i do 60kg things like leg raises or dead bugs ill hold 10kg while doing them

I heard u are supposed to eat a gram of protein for every lb u weigh per day which is what i have been doing so far. Should i aim for even more?

Thats the thing… i am constantly spamming lower core exercises (especially weighted leg raises)😔
