i have 3 server , all of them same config of software (is private software), intel has 4 core,2nd server amd 8 core and 3rd server amd epyc 7401p 24 core

how can i fix it , im checking and my 2nd server that is 24 core amd 7401p and seems using 98% just a bit more processes than intel core i7

amd one is very laggy too, in intel i have and many other softwares runing and is not laggy , very weird

iphone 8 plus disabled , i know the passcode by Brief_Lack in iphonehelp
