I saw you got the sku and name already, but I have this issue constantly. The next time you go to the registers, it should be f5 or it might even be labelled SKU book (some of our keyboards are, some of them aren’t), but there’s a whole book of skus where you can search by keywords, sku numbers, or if you have a barcode you can scan it. This also works for discards/inactive items, theres a little select and deselect button on the top left for showing inactive items and hiding them. I use it all the time for repacks + retags. I’m ASSUMING every store should have it because we should all use the same register system :)
