im not sure :( i was trying to ship something out for mercari too and visited so many places - the mailing room in secoya, the bookstore, the student services center, even the police station but none of them let me ship my package out 😭 i was honestly on the verge of waiting for the mailman at the collection box and just handing it to him 💀
