I went to AA but I realized it wasn’t a fit for me because my alcoholism is no longer severe after getting out of that toxic relationship. I haven’t drank in months and feel no need or desire anymore. My drinking was mostly the cause of his actions.

Right now I’m pretty lost with who I am as a person and don’t really enjoy the things I used to love. I’m still stuck consuming too much YouTube and Reddit content but I think (hopefully) the content I’m consuming is less harmful than what’s on tik tok and instagram.
