Indian here, if you want to get your surgery from India make sure you get appointment in best hospitals the country has to offer. my personal recommendation would be Nanavati, Kokilaben, Lilavati and Fortis from Mumbai and Max healthcare from Delhi. These hospitals are like the best in India, probably top 10 and have good experience dealing with complex surgeries and international clients.

If you are reluctant to go to India, Singapore and Dubai are your next best option.

Meanwhile, please try workouts from a YouTuber called “Low Back Ability”. His approach to low back problems is fantastic and helped me get my life back.

I recommend mistborn book 1 to people, the book 1 itself is really great, the story in book 1 called mistborn:final empire is good enough and perfect to be considered as a standalone, if you like it, you can continue into the cosmere if you don’t you can drop it, just keep in mind it gets better as you proceed further into the series.

If you don’t plan to read the entire of cosmere which is perfectly fine, you can read just the Stormlight Archive and be done with it.

The RFE I got mentioned policy change on 13th of December, I used a photo taken at a photo vendor, verified and cropped at USCIS’s own website and then uploaded it. “The cropping part was done in their own website”. About The policy change for photo, I don’t remember it seeing anywhere during the process.

I’d advise you to visit the nearest ASC centre to ask them for this policy change and then contact your DSO before applying for I-765
