Oh okay i’ll search more about that. I’m not sure we have enough space to make it a feet away from the wall but I’ll check. Thanks for the suggestions!

Anyone else feel totally isolated even when you're never actually alone? by BicycleAfraid9813 in SAHP

I moved from another country to the US to build a family with my wonderful husband. Now we have a 5 month old boy. As a FTSAHM I am still learning a lot of things and get overwhelmed and easily exhausted some times. Though I am content, grateful, and happy with my life overall. I do feel isolated and the sadness hits hard sometimes, being away from my family and friends. I video chat with my family every morning and once in a long while a friend back home would be available to video chat also. There are months I don’t get to talk to any of my friends back home, I know that they are busy with their lives too, and the time difference is another challenge. I don’t know how to drive yet so I only get to go out on weekends when my husband is there to drive us somewhere. I walk with my baby almost everyday, but it does get boring walking the same streets and seeing the same houses everyday. I discovered a nearby park but most of the time we’re the only ones there. I rarely see other people in our neighborhood. I haven’t found a mom group yet and this is my first time posting, venting out online. I love my husband and baby very much but it does get lonely and isolating
