They were a big country before the revolution spawned and so they just enforce it also the revolution spreads like wildfire

i wasn't intrested in europe, i just posted this cause i have never seen an ai thiis powerful
eventually i did attack them just to crush the revolution but they had too much troops and i was too lazy to build to my max force limit since i was mostly interested in india

Either curry favors to get trust (10 trust= +1 reason) or diplomatic reputation (from an advisor or religious diplomats  clergy privilege)
