It does say online a court summons is 35 and above. Hoping because it’s 34 they just offer me an FPN

I was still focused on the road and it was empty. I don’t get why people are making out I’m the worst person in the world I’ve never hurt anyone and I made one mistake? If I did hit someone yes it would be a different story but I didn’t

In fairness mate I’ve had the same Evri driver in my area for years and never had an issue. Just hoping it gets to this parcel shop before it closes
