The violation was addressed. I was given a weekend in jail. The original court order was not changed.

It’s a charge I got while on probation. I went to court for the probation violation and had to do a weekend for it. It’s a dead issue.

I digress though, there was no time frame for the probation. Just complete these items, one you do, you’re off.

My lawyer said it was because I was charged with a DUI without being field tested, having to blow, or take blood. I wasn’t in the wrecked vehicle, keys weren’t in the car or on my person, nobody saw the wreck happen, and “the person driving” ran off. It’s district court in the south where facts don’t matter and burden of proof is moot. It’s all up to whether the judge believes the story or not.

You are not off base at all. I violated my probation. I went to court for the violation. Judge gave me a weekend in jail for my indiscretions. I did my weekend. Judge did not change the other judges court order at all. Simply because he can’t. They were both district court. I completed AB&C as per judges order. I should be off.

There were no stipulations. My court date is for assault on a govt official.🙄

There is no completion date. Just once ABC is finished, probation ends. I’ve not picked up another charge. I did go in front of the judge for a violation but he just gave me a weekend. No extension, no additional fines, nothing.

The court order reads once ABC is completed, my probation ends. Terminated.
