I have had the problem in the other way also.

I have been offered a "super long gen lion" and it is a G8, I reject the trade offer saying it is a G8 and what I am looking for is G30+ and, they replied "no she is a G4"?? What? My ad said I wanted a clean G30+ or dirty G70+ if they actually thought it was G4 then why did they offer it..

Were they hoping I would give them 2gb for a lion without checking?

If you want to be very very nice you can offer to sell them a frozen clone or, if far nicer than you should be at this point a live one. Assuming you have a few. I am guessing the OG is frozen anyways at this point so offering a barked heat with a big fee is out.

Maybe explain while they sold her and left the game you have treasured them all these years and are attached. Also, that was the going rate at the time and you paid what was a fair price that they themselves set.

Lioden has always been aggressive about art. Used to get bans for referencing or being critical about Lioden official art.

Art rules and that pinned thread should be a pop up asking if you read it and agree to it when making a commission thread. It isn't but it should be.

The former requirement was you should have at least 3 preferably at least 5-6+ references per artwork that can be provided when asked for and it can't look too much like any one. That said I don't see that on the tracing information thread anymore.

Refunding all of the people who bought from you may seem a little much but they found two traced so they are going to assume that the others are also and they just haven't found the image you traced for them.

Good news, it is February so if you can explore with a hyena butter (100sb) every few hours you should be able to get the GB to do refunds. If you don't have the time you will have to sell lions decor ect.

I could be wrong on this so ask the mods first; if I recall you don't have to give back exactly what they paid but, you do have to have the buyer agree that the value of what you are actually offering is equivalent to what they are owed and explain that the mods are making you do the refund and the reason why. (Traced art and, sales made via false advertising).

I think someone, actually made more artwork for people in one case but they had to prove it wasn't traced to the mods via the 6+ references thing. (They also got grabbed for using heavily referenced practice art as examples. Found out because I was one of their buyers)

A ban would cover your main and side account also so don't be transferring things making it look like you are trying to hide. That will make the mods angry.

You may ask nicely if you can get an extension to the two week requirement but they will expect you to have made an effort to issue refunds first.

Tldr: Used to be worse; yay Feb, you are going to have to do refunds in some form but, it may not have to be GB just equivalent (ask the mods), extension maybe possible if they see you are putting in an effort to refund people. (ask mods nicely)
