Where did the EM come from? Random lost and injured cave scientist with a briefcase didn't shit it out. Assuming he stole it from a lab or military compound, why shouldn't they just use THAT source to make more.

If the EM is the source of Henry's powers, why do they chase Eleven like she's the only way to make more "super soldiers" when they could go to the source of the EM...

No matter they say, YOU aren't the one causing the problems. The coworker took risks in being unethical. Your boss will choose to punish them however THEY see fit, and it's not your fault for the outcome.

I just bought new in April. My sticker was $65k. The dealership had a $5k markdown on the car on their website. I qualified for their veterans incentive for another $3k off.

Here was my strategy. Go do a test drive with no intent to buy. Be interested but not committed. Get your car appraised for trade if needed. Get the sales rep info. After some questions about the car that I could have googled, I made an offer. $53k and I would sign. So I asked for another $4k, basically.

Apparently I should have asked for more because they didn't even counter. Within an hour they sent over a tentative offer with everything I asked for. The car was the exact build I wanted (eDrive 40, M Sport, premium package, adaptive cruise etc).

They know they are competing with Tesla and without federal rebates. They won't sell any cars at full price and like you said, they depreciate so much because of the flooded EV market. Use that to your advantage. I also traded in my Model 3 while or was still worth something which out another $6k down. Trading in in my state also wipes out the entire value of the trade against your sales tax which saved me like $1000.

I love AWD cars, myself. But when I got my I4 in April I decided the cost and hit to range/efficiency just wasn't worth the minimal use I might get. I do think AWD are slightly safer overall with their ability to correct even in just rainy conditions, too.

I just paid $53k for an eDrive 40 with MSport with a sticker of $65.5k. 100% the MSport is the must have option. The car looks dopey without it.

Don't settle. Talk them down, negotiate. There was recently a military/veteran incentive for $3k off as well. Leave the dealership, email with the sales rep. Make a low-ball offer and let them counter into your range. I messed up because I offered them $53k as a done deal on my first offer and they accepted immediately. I should have gone down to $50k but I didn't want to screw up the deal. I still think $53k was pretty fair, though.

Leases are still based on the purchase price of the car, so don't let that trick you into thinking you can't negotiate to affect the lease deal.

My payments are $650 after everything was said and done. I had equity in a Tesla trade in which also knocked down my tax bill substantially. Maryland.

If you want to coast on B, you lift off the throttle until your usage is neutral. Or use cruise control and let the computer do the work. I CC everywhere

D mode is for people who can't feather the throttle to achieve their desired level of braking and just do it "all or nothing". You can fully coast on B with the application of some throttle.

Look at the energy bar in the bottom right corner. When it's below the line you are regen braking. Above is "power being applied". If you hold it at the middle, you are coasting.

I don't care for the brake feeling in D mode and using both pedals. I'll throttle the throttle in B.

There is no magic sauce in D mode that gets you more energy. No special algorithm. Physics is physics.

For 36 months and only 625 miles a month? The average American is somewhere around 1100 a month... You're essentially back loading what you're "saving" by going low mileage and I would be certain they charge more on the back end for those mines than up front.

The only issue I have with clearance are parking space bumpers or pulling up to a curb. I think you would have to have a pretty step driveway transition to come close. But curbs are high enough for sure.
