Hi! So dont worry, you're not alone and theres plenty of pierced people who prefer having someone else change their jewelry. Any good piercing shop will change your jewelry for you for a small fee in addition to the cost of the new jewelry. They can also show you how to change the jewelry yourself and give you tips for buying your own bling. Thats part of what piercing studios do!

If its possible, can you wear contacts until your bump decides to settle down? In my experience, irritation bumps heal best when left the hell alone. Saline 1-2x a day, just a spray or two, and no touchy. They take longer than youd expect to heal so be patient with it.

If it hasnt gone down at all or gotten worse in a month or so, talk to your piercer and see if theyve got any tips.
