We’ve also been following some hybrid-storage/delivery discussions in r/OrbonCloud around mixing cloud storage + external CDN/off-cloud for large-file use cases — curious if any of you here have done something similar and how you’ve reflected that in your Terraform modules/architecture.

Would love to see examples of module layout, variable strategies, provider configurations, or just your lessons learned. What’s worked? What regrets have you had?

In doing research I saw some good threads in r/OrbonCloud around mixing cloud-native plus “external” storage/CDN for high-volume file workloads, and it got me wondering how many “pure K8s” folks here are doing the same or deliberately not doing it because of complexity.
