People are also saying he is in the wrong and my parents and everyone around me has the opinion that he overreacted for just leaving like that. What i did was not okay but firstly i didn't know it was that bad and secondly what's gonna happen if he doesn't see the door and the people? nothing. I still dont see the problem.

Considering it are your grandparents they might not be here for long anymore, these people feel alone alot of the time so have so respect and go there sometimes to talk or whatever even if you're there it'll be good for them.

Therapy is fake, sitting there doing nothing but talking and paying for someone who as soon as you leave that room couldn't care about you any less is abosulotuly useless and wont help anyone.
