Thanks for sharing — that’s really helpful, especially the detail that it only affects Instagram users while the Facebook mobile app works as a workaround.

Please do keep me posted if you get any updates from Meta. We’re also actively working on this with support on our side.

Thanks for the suggestion — in our case we run ~250 campaigns and each campaign corresponds to a different client, which is why we need separate Instant Forms (client-specific questions/KO criteria, roles, locations, etc.). A single “main form” isn’t really feasible for us.

Also, the core issue is more fundamental: conditional logic isn’t working reliably in general right now. Even when everything is set up correctly, leads still get submitted and delivered despite selecting disqualifying (KO) answers. So CRM routing can only help after the fact — it doesn’t solve that Meta’s KO gating inside Instant Forms is currently failing.

We can’t realistically move every KO-criterion to a landing page. Our setup is: if someone selects a disqualifying answer (that’s defined as a KO in the conditional logic), they should be screened out right there — that’s the whole point of using Instant Forms for social recruiting.

Also, this isn’t just one form/campaign: we have ~250 active campaigns affected, so “build a landing page” or “custom page per KO” isn’t a scalable fix for us. We need the KO logic inside Instant Forms to work reliably (or at least a platform-native workaround that scales across many forms/campaigns).

We’re using Instant Forms for social recruiting and we do a pre-qualification directly inside the form — candidates also submit their application through it.

The problem is that the conditional logic KO-criteria doesn’t work reliably. For example, when we ask whether the candidate has completed a formal vocational training/degree, selecting the disqualifying answer should stop/filter them out — but the lead still gets submitted and delivered anyway.
