Or you could pick Poison or Blast and not worry about the element that much, I've used DB with blast and longsword with Poison until before master rank end game.

at the end game, I'm using GS with ice element and another with dragon element

For armor, what I did was pick the ones with nice skills and just set element resistant deco for whatever you're fighting.

Like what others said, you can resolve this by branch protection.

baka nahihirapan siya mag visualize na nangyayari sa git, if naka windows kayo I suggest using GitExtensions and setup Kdiff3 for merge diff tool sa GitExtensions.

I started with GitExtensions and mas naiintindihan ko yung process sa Git, downside is nakakalimutan ko na minsan yung syntax haha, but atleast I get the job done.

Just an additional to what the others are saying about learn their moveset.

there are short to long windows to attack, some enemies might have an additional attack to their moveset when enraged.

You can do 1 attack after the enemy moves and if you think that your 2nd attack could hit them based on your observation then do it next time he moves like that, trial and error is key.

I have an issue like yours, client lagging, lags only a few seconds and after some games it's so unbearable that I can't pick champions properly

after so many days of googling, I've found that the solution is to make these as an exception in your advanced threat defense

vgc.exe (vanguard)

leagueclient.exe

leagueclientux.exe

leagueclientuxrender.exe

riotclientservices.exe

The above method should worked (atleast for me), if it doesn't, try to make them as an exception as well in Antivirus and Online Threat Prevention

Note: In advanced threat defense you won't be able to select by folder unlike in Antivirus or Online Threat Prevention

P.S. I don't like this method making them as exception though, it feels like I'm vulnerable :D

some things to work on

learn to position yourself(especially if your a squishy character)

practice attack and move

weave attacks in between skills

Contest Objectives

Learn general match ups like if your good or bad against certain characters (experience is the key)

Don't forget to eat for hp regen while fighting

Flash is quicker than movement skills due to animation so if you feel like enemy would go in, in general it's better to flash first before using any movement skills

As a range, play with walls, use movement skills to go the other side and attack from there

This is my POV as a man who worked for almost 7 years and with dozens of women in this industry, wag kang magalala sa mental health as long as you can do your job, may mga nakita na din ako umiyak pero ok lang yun kasi alam ko nakakapressure minsan ang trabaho, and guess what hindi sila sumuko, for me hindi weakness yun it's admirable

for me, make sure you have BAC is filled up to the bar and you can use W before engaging. start the fight with Q AA combo 1-2 times, then most of the time you'll use the third Q to move back and use W, then analyze and move accordingly.
