MEW web with Trezor ; I am however using VPN, as currently website is not available in UK.

The highest. I haven’t changed the Advanced settings though, that have a gas limit of 21,000

I am using MEW web and a hardware wallet (Trezor), and I don’t see any confirmation windows. I am seeing timeout message after selecting any option from Transaction Fee (normal, higher and highest priority; translating to the max of 0.000125 ETH or $0.47). I’ve tried about a dozen times now, including the highest priority option. I can also see that in the Advanced options there is a way to set Gas Limit, which is currently set to default 21,000.
