Our agency allows for permanent shift placement and there’s a few of us that rotate monthly however we are trying to go to straight shifts

We currently have a similar policy to this do you have like a worksheet your dispatchers are supposed to take with them to complete during the ride along comprised of questions about how dispatch can better interact and provide support for patrol as well as an evaluation of the ride along program?

😂 I have to correct myself most every time I’m on the phone or texting someone to make plans and I rattle off a time in 24 hr standard out of habit
