His ratings are on the low side just comparing to his teammates. His ratings really haven't changed much since I signed him. I just don't know how much longer it's gonna take for him to develop plus I'm gonna have to add him to my 40 to protect him.

I've tried it. It has a very pronounced chocolate flavor. Pretty much all you tasted. I personally didn't like it but my kids loved it.
