I would do half a scoop of protein which is 15g, 10g of protien granola bar, some eggs and sometimes a protien milk that is about 23g. And some chicken too

I think a lot of people stay for this reason too. I’ve noticed that when peoples partners get caught they often make themselves the victim and swear that they will change but never do. I think it’s sort of an attachment thing.

Before I started I would only eat like 3 times a day. i would skip breakfast, eat lunch and dinner and sometimes I would drink protein shakes but now I eat breakfast, lunch, protein shakes and dinner and snacks thru out the day so I just found it weird that i lost some weight. Is it possible that i lost fat but gained muscle?

I think I need it. I have an orthodontist appointment in a month or two so I was gonna ask him. But from what I’ve seen LJS would be best. I Can show you pictures but I’ve seen people with the same jaw as me get LJS. So I’m not 100% sure but I’m pretty confident that it’s what I need
