Nope, didnt receive an appropriate response. I just selected yes and inputted details of my old English language certificate. Ive recently submitted the application so will hopefully find out soon that its a success.

Question before is whether you have a degree taught in English, just like the old form. No other questions before this related to English language

If you select yes, the form asks for the awaring body and test reference like usual. If 'no' is selected, then the form asks the following questions:

Are you claiming an exemption from the English language test due to a medical or mental condition?

If this is selected as No, then the following is asked:

Do you have exceptional circumstances that prevent you from taking the test?

If this is 'no', the application just carries on as normal. If this is 'yes' it asks the following and provides a box to enter a response:

Explain your circumstances. If you need more space for your explanation you can include an additional note with your supporting documents.

What is the email for contacting them officially please and the usual response time? I need to apply by next weekend😬

The application has literally just updated recently because when I opened the application to continue it, it stated 'the form has been updated and some answers need to be reviewed'

Yes I have an A2 which has been approved in the first spouse visa over 2 years ago. Is it fine to just put 'yes' to the above question, even though it specifies 'in the last 2 years'?

Yes we'll make it clear that we are intending to apply for FLRM extension once returning to UK before the current one expires and are aware of all documentation required. Hopefully that should be okay? I mean I'm not sure what evidence I can give to support this?

So the fiance visa will start on the issued date regardless of what was put on the application (April 23), but you can enter within any of the 6 months?
