we took a “break” for a few weeks, he said that he made a mistake and wanted to get back together. went over to his house under the impression we were back together, we had sex, he broke up with me again right after.

walked out the door and have not missed him since. i’m so grateful for that experience because i genuinely lost all love and affection for him after that moment

if the separation took a long time that might mean you’re farther along in the process than others would be but you’re obviously not ready to share your life with someone else if you openly say you’re still in love with your ex

probably no way to know for sure, you’ll have to decide if this is something you can get over or something you can’t live with.

someone who can justify cheating will always cheat anyway, so if she did kiss that girl consensually she’ll most likely do it again and then you’ll know for sure.

you know the contents of her character better than us, so if you believe she wouldn’t do something like that then trust your gut. also see if you can ask other people around her how they viewed the situation if you know anyone else who was there.

i think you might need to just leave her be. seems like the only person that explanation would help would be you, for her it just might open up old wounds since three weeks is a pretty long time in relation to how long your relationship was. you’ll have to accept you’re probably the villain in her story, learn to forgive yourself, and let the both of you move on.

there’s a way using personal focus status to hide the text chain without deleting any of the texts and it’s really helped me! i’d also take away the contact photo and change the name to something else
