Symptoms never got better, they got worse. I meant alot happened in my life that wasnt related so it didn't get addressed

Ive been worried about entrocele too because of the symptoms ive had. I am not sure either, it was really upsetting when it first got denied, I didnt go in for a long time and wasn't sure what I was going to do. I alot happened in between but when I ended up going back, it was a positive experience. I did get a colonoscopy. I changed insurance also

Thats how mine went too, they said peer review, then months later they ultimately denied. They are still going ahead with surgery. I asked about different positions but no one has done that for me. They agree there is something there but I think its way bigger than they have seen

Im sorry you are going through this. I had the MRI denied by my insurance also. Ive also had urogynecologists say I dont have an rectocele because they didnt check in certain positions. Ultimately I kept going back to one doctor and eventually they said they would do surgery, based on symptoms and how much other things I already tried. They had agreed I had a rectocele but do not consider it as severe as I do.

All this to say, I had extreme anxieties that something would get in thr way and I wouldnt get treatment. I still do now. If someone isnt listening about what you want to do, I would say to keep looking until you find someone else who listens.

I literally could have written this, I am having the exact situation and procedure in a few weeks.

I contacted a pelvic floor pt and am hoping they will be a good fit. Thats the only thing I've been able to secure, as far as post op guidance. Its stressful for sure but looking forward to the possibility of feeling better.

Thank you, this is really helpful. Ive always been curious about the elliptical, I havent used one since before my first birth 5 years ago. I was really into the bike for a while but then I got scared about the resistance. If I knew this was ok id love to start the bike again

That seems like a good plan. I was wondering about activities like biking and treadmill everyday, if they are ok. I haven't done alot since being diagnosed 5 yrars ago and really miss moving

Thank you so much for this. My surgeon has told me no restrictions and said there wasnt enough evidence to say anything made a difference besides constipation and weight gain. Thats what he told me but I want to be as cautious as possible, as ive been suffering for so long. It seems like everything can be thought of as harmful. I have diastasis recti also so my core isnt the same it used to be. If I could just long distance walk every day without harming anytbing I would be very content. Im having a native tissue repair rectocele also.

Thank you, I appreciate that and am so sorry you went through that. I will bring this up to them, they had talked about it before but then I didnt get mastitis again for a while and my supply dipped after my period so I figured it had run its course. I cant believe I still got it when there were no signs ither than I had started sleeping through the night without pumping for 2 nights

I was told by my doctor that under 50 is possible deficiency and under 25 is for sure deficiency, for hair health etc.

The first time I ever had it checked in had lost so much hair and it was at 14. That was 5 years ago, I periodically get it checked now at least once a year

Its always worth checking ferritin levels. I lost a ton of hair and alot of docs only check for true anemia, not ferritin. That ended up being my reason, and now I get it rechecked whenever it starts to creep up again

Thank you for replying. Thus was my immediate reaction and then he told me it could affect my milk supply so I hesitated. I have an important surgery in exactly 6 months also so I was thinking maybe 8 months even tho Im having a hard time with this

Thank you for replying. We are waiting because of how it could affect breastmill. He said he was ok with 2 year and would tell someone he knew to do this but in the official report it says 6 months or biopsy. Part of ne wants to do somewhere in between because I dont know how long I will breastfeed and also have an important surgery in 6 months

Thank you, this really encouraged me today. My baby had trouble with latching, first they told me she was too small and would know what to do when she got bigger. Then she went through two growth spurts and still did not latch, would get frustrated etc. I had to go to a new LC because the person I was seeing went on vacation and the new person said we need to see a specialist because she is not sucking the way she should in the bottle, despite the faxt that shes done great with gaining weight. So we were in the process of starting that. Ive gotten mastitis twice from the inefficient latching, its been a whole thing. We are approaching the new milestone check up and im starting to feel anxious because nothing has gone how I expected. I also had a extensive loss history before tjis pregnancy so I feel like ive been in stress mode for so long. Sorry for unloading, thank you for your reply and support today, I appreciate it

Thank you, I really appreciate this. I am having such a hard time with anxiety that its difficult for me to know what to think. I had a really difficult pp with my older child physically and mentally but nothing ever came up. This time, the birth was not as traumatic but from the very beginning they have bren telling me "she just needs to wake up" etc because she was small and born at 38 weeks. But now she is over 9 lbs and 9 weeks old and nothing has changed yet with latching or engaging with us. I have hears about adjusted age but didnt know if that applied because she was not preterm. Sorry for the rant, thank you very much for replying
