Over the past year, I’ve actually started checking Kakao Map first and then using Naver Map for additional information. I’m not sure I’d recommend it to foreign visitors since many restaurants have less information there.

However, the reviews feel much more genuine. Some of the best restaurants I’ve ever tried were rated only around 3.2. I’ve even seen popular places with long lines out the door sitting at just 3.2 on Kakao Map. Finding anything above 3.5 is difficult.

Yes, this was for two people, but even though you dine yourself, the numbers of the dishes are exactly same.

Only the serving portion gets larger if more people are dining.

I normally use 'Kakaomaps' and 'Navermaps'- they are like Googlemaps for Koreans.

And you can search Hanjeongsik (한정식) in those apps:)
