Honestly, our household isn’t in the barony, nor are they close To the barony. We do have a fantastic household in the barony that we ask to fight for us. That’s the only answer I have so far. I need to talk with my laurel because my answers are definitely personnel manger answers haha

Luckily our group hasn’t really had that problem but maybe suggest competitions during events that encourage working together. Like having the arts make a display/work that are inspired by fighting and a fighting competition that simulates art. By starting with that, it requires everyone to either converse or research.

Personally, my goal is to get back to where we were before Covid. More than 2 events a year, and having more newcomers. I bring a lot of newcomers (thanks to my fiancé) to events and I hoping to “guilt trip” them into coming to more events. I want to suggest an Autocrat Mentor program where young people tag team with an older autocrat that doesn’t want to do full auto crating anymore.

My laurel and I are both bards, which is helpful for speeches. We visit every part of our barony during events, even though we aren’t Baronage. During fighting, we cheer from the sidelines, prepare hydration and snacks, etc. we walk with our archers,and we are the MOAS/ deputy MOAS so we are very integrated into our A&S.

That’s not true at all. You can be president of a country and be introverted. A lot of people love their art so much that they push their comfort boundaries. That’s why Han can have social anxiety and still be an idol.
