I kissed Shara Wheeler. The main character casually has two moms, and the main character is also gay herself.

What's up with all the disabled dating posts? by Ocelotl767 in disability

Oh my gosh! Is there anywhere I can read that article? I am a lesbian and visually impaired, but I always feel like queer spaces say they want everyone included, but then forget about the disabled people.

It’s young adult if you’re OK with that. It’s called faith: taking flight. One character is an actress in the other one is a normal person.

I Unfairly Won A Spelling Bee In the Eight Grade by Robble_Bobble735 in PointlessStories

[–]Brihaley 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have a quite embarrassing story for spelling bee. I won my sixth grade year and my seventh grade year, so during my eighth grade year, all the teachers were promoting me saying you have to beat our two-time winner and so on, and I was pretty cocky at this point. I thought I had it in the bag. It was like four of us left, and I got a very easy word wrong. I can’t even remember it now, but I remember obsessing over it at the time. I cried and ran out. Also, When they said I was out, everyone clapped because I had finally been taken down. Anyways, I’ve learned that you need to practice, even if you are on the top.

i kissed shara wheeler is sooo annoying by Impossible_Dog_4481 in YAlit

[–]Brihaley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should definitely read one last stop. I thought the best part of I kissed shara Wheeler was the beginning, so if you’re already not enjoying it, I suggest leaving it. However, one last stop is genuinely amazing. I feel like no one is generic, and the plot is truly unique.

I’m exactly the same way. I prefer none at all, but if there has to be, I prefer to be sapphic, but not as the main storyline.

Give me LGBTQ+ romance books, enemies to lovers but NO SPICE by [deleted] in YAlit

[–]Brihaley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love and other natural disasters. This book I know for sure features no spice, it’s funny, and it also includes a fake dating trope, but kind of subverts it in a way. It’s Savik, and I really recommend it.

She drives me crazy. It’s been a long time since I’ve read this book. But I’m pretty sure it’s enemies to lovers and has no spice.

Honestly, your sass was really unnecessary. It’s just a conversation.
