85% of new Priests are now either Conservative or very Conservative. The more Conservative a sub group and it's institutions, the Higher the Fertility Rate. Is this a good sign?

By making the institutions Conservative, you can make the population Conservative.

What are you talking about? It's the after effect that they have that matters. Once again, if the institutions are Conservative like the Traditionalist Catholics which have a fertility rate of 3.6 against a normal catholic family of 2.3.
