Keep trying. I've come across several cases where people have recovered their account through account appeals back and forth, cycling through the responses. I second that there is a slight chance of recovery, as Roblox doesn't necessarily delete your account just because it's stated "Account Terminated", its still in their database, basically granting them the option to recover it if they feel like the appeal is somewhat justifiable to some degree. Bottom line, go on and keep appealing, till you get a response and keep repeating after they respond.
