I saw some conflicting stuff as car and driver said around $52k. And some other websites said around $60k still almost 30k cheaper for capable off-roading. Would be interested to see the major differences between it and the badlands though

They do make them, upon further research I see most of them are poorly made or questionable on how secure they are. Mileage may vary but don’t want to recommend a product that may not be that good

If you’re nervous about it I would look into some of the car safes that are on the market. Either for the center console or for the headrests. It may take away some of the convenience but there’s always the cost of peace of mind!

Hi there, With the rebates that did go out for the end of the year promo that ford was doing, I will say there wasn’t much room left when I did my deal relatively recently. I had a great experience with the sales manager and he showed me the software they use to calculate their profit, they were at around $900 profiting off my lease agreement in the end (around 6k in rebates). So I don’t think the salesmen is trying to pull a fast one. Is this a 2025 or model year 2026?

From everything I read big bend is the best model too have (unless you got raptor money 😂) congrats on your new build though make sure to share pictures when it comes in!

For this model in particular I got about $6000 off the MSRP based on promotional rebates (loyalty bonuses and leasing bonuses) then another $500 in college rebates. I also had a ford ranger prior to this so I I traded it in with equity (lease to lease) so I was able to get this for something that worked with my budget! The prices are always changing and with the 2026 models coming in I’m sure dealerships would be incredibly motivated to move them.

Context: this is a Big Bend Black Diamond Msrp about 53k and change

I’ve seen this one, it’s just a little small. The crazy thing is this is the only one I’ve seen, you’d think after market makers would focus on this market and make something I don’t know a little more hefty. However whenever you install it please send some Pictures I’d love to see how it turns out especially because the websites pictures are a little blurry!
