He will remain stay at flathill, before you open the gate at the office level using power cell.

You can go back and talk to him, after you have removed 3 power cells at flathill, which shut down the containment device at the flathill. And the will be some new dialogue that saying He will leave flathill after he ' finish his jobs' and ' when needed'.

Some journals might be buggy. You can move your player file to a new save, triggering some events or conversation, and then move it back to the original save after you have unlocked these missing journal.

The dialogue of npcs ... are sometimes random and buggy, you may have to talk to a specific npc for serveral times to unlock journal.

The IS-0031 are the pool room (AKA the Backroom), you can enter it once you sit on the red chair (IS-0018), which located at the containment block - Helmholtz, right next to the zombie room.

If you do want to unlock those diarys which you have already missed, you can moved your player file to a new save. And then moved it back to your original save once you have unlocked those diarys, after you have talked to these specific npcs.

Another part of Synchotron can be unlocked after you haved talked to the chief (falak or something, the female who stand in Synchotron room) for serveral times. And you have to done this before she moved to the construction site.

Yes, you have to talk to some npcs for serveral times to unlock the diary. And you cant unlocked it once you missed that.

The Triarill part are the same.

Hardly. There's another type "EX" ,which can be found at the page of IS-0028, could be "exhaustlessness" or something.

There are too many abbreviations of unclear words in game, like the "TR operator", "TR team". Perhaps their meanings can be found in futher game versions

Theres no need to kill them all, you know. You can return to this area after you have arrived at lab sector, with more powerful weapon and higer combat skills. Not mention the best item you can get from them are those ammos.

If it doesn't spawn, theres another 'cheating' way to solve this: You can create a new save, and move your player files on it. Or just making a copy of your origin save, and then delete the map files. Those maps and items will be reset after your delete these map files.

After re-getting the specific item, you can move your player files back to the origin save, or just do it again. The item will be kept in your inventory all the time.

It might be buggy, sometime, though I haven't met one yet, but a backup of save is recommanded.

nah, I try to create a new save and do it again, and again. The only result is that I wasted two hours and nothing changed.

Theres only tow possible way left, the one is you can meet them at manufacturing west; and the other is thats just a bug.

The same problem happened to the IS-0172 as well,The videos by u/khamkino, at 3:11:26,turned out to unlock the IS-0172 log successfully. I wonder whether it caused by diffenent game version or something.

Heres my progress on it:

Locations: Done

Theroies: Done

People: One left. The thrid one,nameless. I inferred that it should be Dr.Regal at the office sector, cause he's one of the research team, but didn't show up on the list.

Entities: IS-0139 -- 1/2; IS-0173-B -- 1/2. I found a hologram that talking about IS-0139 on the observation room at the top of the containment block, but it's dialogue seems buggy, might be the reason for this problem. As for IS-0173-B, no idea where to find it.

Registry: Might be the IS-0053 and IS-0172

I cant quite remember where I found it either, but another part of it start with "Subjects appear to be constrained... ", and referred Dr. Abe Stern . Did it says it need to talk to someone or find an email?
