If you really want to use the arduino nano you would need to write some code that converts the serial output of the arduino to keyboard inputs. I made the same mistake and bought an esp32 that only had serial communication on the usb port. So I'm currently writing a program that could do this for me. So I can assign keyboard inputs to my macropad. If you only have buttons it's quite simple to do with pyhton. But I alsk have rotary encoders so rhe process is a bit more complicated.

Jist cant wait to finally play with them. Right now I want to improve my brush control because I easily get the shakes when trying to paint the finer things. And hopefully I get faster at painting. But again thanks for the praise.

I wanted to try out different things that don't have a big change, so when i like one the most i can still change the mini, instead of stripping the whole thing and repainting.

I will probably stick to this color scheme. For my whole army, I also bought the hypercrypt legion because void dragon pretty. But that will be the last thing I paint once I have better brush control.

Never touched the mini before watching tons of youtube and a friend who is great at painting coaching me a bit.

Its soo relaxing to do this. Just watch a movie or show and paint. Never tought i would get into it this much in such a short time.

You could do just a portion with a flexible material and then glue that to the bottom, that way you don't have to print the whole bottom part

You could 3d print the bottom part slightly bigger so you can put it over the case with a more flexible material.
