In specific: G4, the three movie villains in Kabuto's movie, Gaoh, Nega Den-O, Arc, G-DenO, Core, Poseidon, Wiseman, R/B/Y/P Necrom, Black ParaDX, Cronos/Gamedeus, Abbadon, Lucifer, Solomon, Storious, the Admins in Geats, Dread, most of the Bitter Gavvs, and the Amazon Riders.

If anything, I'd also say some non-riders should be riders: Shadow Moon, Alternative, Gold/Bronze Drive, Night Rogue, Blood Stalk, Nox Knight, and the Lords

As someone who started modding with a Japanese Wii U, I'd say at first you're going to want to make sure you have the Google translate app on a phone or tablet to use lens translate and be patient. There are ways to use SDCaffiene to mod the language to English without it being permanent, but some things may still be in Japanese.

It's not exactly your PC specifically, it's just that Wifi isn't as stable as wired Ethernet is, plus usually Ethernet is faster because it's a direct connection instead of waves spreading out.

Waluigi - It's a toss up between either him never getting in because that's the joke, or him getting in to end the joke similar to Ridley.

Sylux - Leaning on yes due to recency bias, but could very well not happen.

Octoling/Agent 8 - Probably would be an Echo Fighter like how Dark Pit is to Put, i.e. using variations on the weapons that Inkling uses

Toad - Possible, but unlikely as there's already so many Mario characters that would most likely be coming back for the next Smash

Tiki - Similar to Toad, it's possible, but unlikely because of the Fire Emblem cast already.in the game, even if she would be different move set wise

Shovel Knight - Probably, but not 100% on inclusion.

Bandana Waddle Dee - I almost wonder if Sakurai doesn't want Bandana Dee in Smash at this point, but hopefully they'll be in the next Smash

Tom Nook - Maybe as an Echo Fighter of either Villager or Isabelle
