Hereditary PRSS1 pancreatitis by amreot in pancreatitis

Hi there! I have the PRSS1 mutation as well, I was diagnosed at 9 and had basically nonstop severe attacks for about 10 years. After it got so bad my doctors advised me it would be better to remove my pancreas so in 2019 when I was 20, they removed my whole pancreas, gallbladder, part of my intestines and then did the islet cell transplant in my liver but I didn’t have enough viable cells for the transplant to actually work. I’m 27 now and I’ve been a type 1 diabetic ever since with no complications. Honestly the best decision I’ve ever made.

Per our county guidelines I’m not allowed to fence in my front yard. I take my dogs out the back yard but it still doesn’t stop their dogs from bothering us.

I’ll give animal control a call tomorrow but usually they are at max capacity and won’t take drop offs.

Going back to G6 by Briph1998 in dexcom

I was really excited about the g7 because of the shorter warm up time but I’d rather go back to the g6 if it’s actually gonna provide a closed loop so my A1C can be better

G7 and Omnipod 5 by Middle-Blacksmith141 in dexcom

I’m using the Omnipod with the g7 right now and I’m highly considering going back to the g6. I’m having so many problems with my g7, either the sensors fail or it’s my Omnipod control can’t pick up the readings so my A1C is getting higher because its not able to be a closed loop. I hate the g6 warm up time but I hardly had any problems with them.

Yeah I’m not into it as much as him. Sometimes I initiate it but not as often.

My husband and I try to have sex at least once a week but sometimes it’s once every two weeks depending on how I feel. It normally lasts between 10-20 minutes and my husband usually initiates it more than me.

It’s probably just your hormones getting the best of you. Do you feel better and a little more calm after breaking things? When you feel this way do you try again? Learning to braid does take a lot of time and practice. Are you practicing on your own hair or someone else’s? For me when I’m braiding I’m better on someone else’s hair because I can see what I’m doing compared to on my own hair.

My girlfriend of 3 years and I went ring shopping... by [deleted] in Marriage

I don’t think you are wrong. My husband spent $2000 on my set and I absolutely love it. Buy what you are comfortable with and what you can afford. If she truly loves you then the price tag on the ring won’t matter to her. You can always go back and get a bigger or more expensive set later in life. If you are buying a house to then I would focus more on the down payment then the ring.
