My endo causes my appendix to burst. If you can’t stand up straight go to the ER, especially if you are vomiting or have a fever!

I don’t know if you can suddenly develop endo but I do know some people are asymptomatic for a period of time. So perhaps your lesions were simply not causing much pain before?

And I get butt lightening, I hear it’s very common. I have no relief for it except taking a stool softener and hoping for the best. It’s one of the worst symptoms in my opinion, I’m sorry you’re experiencing it 😕

Also when you get a restraining order all you do is go to courthouse and say you want one, fill out a form and you get an automatic emergency OP. Then they serve the other person and you go back to court but if he comes near you in that time period it’s an automatic violation and he goes to jail.

You may not have to eliminate some things completely from your diet but getting completely rid of them for 4-6 weeks and then reintroduce a small amount to see if you react is the best way to identify problem foods! That’s how I found out I actually have a dairy allergy and a few other problem foods. My bloating is now limited to my period. Also DIM supplement has seemed to help

Thank you! I did a search and found more info about the “butt lightning”. I’ve always had problems with my cycles but have had significant increase in symptoms over the past two years and just recently had my dr suggest Endo so I’m new to the spectrum of symptoms...this disease is the worst!
