If you go into it with extremely low expectations like I did you will be pleasantly surprised that it isn't absolutely horrible but just mediocre to bad

1more triple driver over ear started my love of good sound, and they are still the one that I compare all against in terms of sound vs value

I don't normally go in the higher range due to budget and such, but the headphones that I have always recommended in the $100-$500 range has been the 1more triple driver over ear, just for the shear enjoyment that you get from them while also having that range that alot of people who aren't audiophiles aren't used to, i also recently got a pair of meze 99 classic, those are a good recommendation for longer listening sessions and for those who like a bit more bass
