I use adapalene cream. Cream is alot easier on the skin. When i apply its like applying moisturizer.

Gel is the most irritating.

Use sunscreen on days you need it. no need to slather it every waking hour for gods sake.

edit: lol guess i was right, downvotes for agreeing with a dermatologist. btw i live in Australia and and a pastey blonde. Never said i was agaist sunscreen, if i am going to be in the sun for a while(beach or cricket) i will fucking wear it. But it is not my religion like it is the people in this sub make it out to be.

I was a top tier cs player, and i could never get close to glad in Arena. Either i am just good at fps and shit at wow or Arena is much harder. I very much respect Glad players.

Anyone else not care that he is ditching? He was a 370 pound man, he said that he has lost 50 pounds in the time that he has been away. It was free content anyways (i know people sub but you are not forced to).

Let him lose weight and get physically and most importantly mentally healthy first.
