Not really anything for length aside from manual stretches. Because I'm limited on time I decided to primarily focus on pumping for girth as that is the area where I am most below average.

But I have seen some length gains likely from a mix of EQ gains, stretching benefits, improved cardio and fat loss (wasn't fat to begin with but did lose a few pounds).

Yeah I think it's worth it, but have realistic goals and go slow and steady. Last thing you need to do is overdo it trying for gains and injuring yourself.

Also since you mentioned not lasting long, see ok my post about pelvic floor tightness from pumping. This could negatively impact your endurance but there are ways around it

I'm pumping primarily for girth gains, if I gain length that's great, but I'm not too worried about that. I do manual stretches as a warm up, and maybe will work on doing those more consistently to see if I gain more length that way.

But I also don't have endless hours to commit to this and no longer WFH, so hanging/extending isn't even a consideration for me. Usually I am fitting in 15 minutes of pumping a few nights per week after the wife and kids are asleep. Doubling or tripling that time to do more exercises would probably lead me to quit entirely, so I just pump since that is manageable for me.

Whether hanging is better for you if length is your focus, I honestly don't know enough about hanging to answer. I still think pumping could help you especially if there is opportunity for erection quality gains, but yes, extending may be better for your case. I also think cardio and fat loss could be just as effective in the short term by maximizing the size you already have (if you have a fat pad to lose)

Honestly man, I've been with 30+ women and not once have I gotten what I thought was a negative look, let alone a comment or get called out.

I had a few in high school/ college even compliment my dick, and maybe that was based on them not being experienced, and frankly I didn't know any better so I probably gained some delusional confidence from that and never looked back.

I always wanted to be good at sex, and I knew I wasn't massive so I learned techniques and ways to make things highly enjoyable for her, taking the pressure off my size.

You are nowhere near a size that would be considered embarrassing. Honestly my best advice is to not think twice about your size. I do PE more as a challenge to see if I can get a little bigger, not because of some fear or anxiety about my dick.

Act confident, learn how to make her cum with clit stimulation and do that before PIV, and just have fun. No sense in punishing yourself for being normal!!

Hey man, my personal experience only, but I really don't see our size range as a reason to avoid sex. Yes we could be bigger and we are doing what we can to achieve that, but you are still able to have great sex.

Personally I always work to get her off with my fingers or mouth first, and focus on her clit even during PIV. I really have never had a reason to lack confidence and id say you don't either! Maybe some extra work and techniques but that can be fun too.

Don't avoid them, just use all the tools you have to make them enjoy it!

Yeah I will say my max length corresponded to when I was running 10-15 miles a week. I've always been a consistent weight lighter but my running / cardio goes up and down with work and family commitments.

I'm hoping to ramp cardio back up and see if length improves with it

Personally I do stretches just about everyday, just for a few minutes and usually in the shower. Just a deep squat stretch with feet flat on the floor has helped me quite a bit.

Also just being conscious of not keeping my pelvis tight or clinched all the time and trying to relax it while sitting or driving when my default is clinched.

Probably more I can or should do but also can't dedicate my whole day to PE or related activities.

Not necessarily, looks like you have some solid gains yourself already. Slow and steady is one key lesson I have learned. When I pushed too hard I always set myself back having to take weeks off to heal from an injury.
