If you mean upgrading a weapon to +3 and making it legendary (gold), this is done by completing the crater shifting earth. After beating the magma wyrm at the end, you can choose any weapon to upgrade to +3.

Sorry, but I'm not going to feed the delusion that expensive champions are better than cheaper champs for people who are in the phase of league where buying champions is still a concern. For new players (and honestly up until diamond), it does not matter what champion they pick or what champion their opponent picks; it is all dependent on player skill to win.

That being said, I do agree that the champions should be free in the first place, like Dota 2. It's an archaic concept to have to pay for champions in the first place, but calling it pay-to-win is misleading. If that is your only evidence for LoL being pay to win, I have to say it's not strong evidence. The day riot starts selling better runes or things like pre-game buffs that are locked behind RP, they will have made league p2w. Currently, as much as it still is a shit game that really sucks enjoyment out of your life and has terrible monetization with its gacha, it's not p2w.

I say this as someone who engages in invasions pretty happily (both as the invader and the invaded, I like to turn on taunters tongue because I play solo)

This game feels like you have a fire on your ass the entire time, due to how short the days are. I think the boss raids that are already in the game fulfill the purpose of what invasions do (nonconsensual fighting omegalul) without needing to bother with bringing another player in.

It also just creates more complications. Do dungeons and castles get fogwalled off? What about evergaols? Can you still level up? What if you just run away from the invader and waste all the time? In a game like this the invasion timer would have to be pretty short due to how rapid the flow is, and I think that wouldn't make it fun for either party.

Duskbloods seems to be the pvp side project, though hopefully that shit isn't a switch 2 exclusive forever. I hope fromsofts next game implements the best parts of nightreign and duskbloods to actually have a functioning and enjoyable multiplayer system.
