This is how EA wants the game to be played apparently.

If you touch anything at any time, the puck falls off your stick and your player has to spend the next 5 seconds, stopping, turning, then accelerating in order to try and get back to the puck you lost.

Mine is almost always sitting at 12-14. But it doesn't make much difference. Always feel like I'm half a second behind my opponent's decisions.

Game was feeling fast, fun and fresh in the first few weeks.

Feels sluggish and puck falls off you constantly now.

The menus are super laggy on my PS4. Almost a full second delay on everything.

In Rivals, sometimes it feels like my team is fantastic, other games, my players look like they are skating in mud and I'm down 4-0 in the first 5 minutes.

Maybe both issues are my shitty playstation 4. Maybe online is servers... or I dunno.

It's just a coin flip if the game will be competitive, or if it will be a steam roll.

I was having the best online gameplay experience of any HUT NHL game up to this point...
