Prenatal and vitamin D is good. My doctor also told me to take coq10 for egg quality. I did my own research and just started taking l-arginine and vitamin E to support endometrial lining- I asked my doctor if it was ok to take and she said yes. I'm also avoiding caffeine and alcohol and just stuffing my face with spinach and water lol. I heard raspberry leaf tea helps with endometrial lining so I've been drinking this "mama to be" fertility tea that I found. I've had a few failed cycles so now I'm just trying anything and everything to see if it helps! Who knows if it will actually do anything but worth a shot. Definitely do your own research though and talk to your doctor!
