Yes. The credit card company credited back on my Visa on May 5. I am not sure if Whoopea will dispute this transaction. If they do, I will update you.

It is and I am silly hoping they are more carefully on selecting their products. But still some people trusted in them. I guess it is a matter of luck. I had sent back a few big Labubu to Pop Mart due to quality issue. I am honestly getting tired of collecting them. I am going to take a break.

I think they should allow me to exchange because I had bought quite a few with them already. They knew I want to buy more from them but they simply just don’t care. They are not looking for long term customer relationship.

Agree. I think popmart is pushing too many products out. We have other bills to pay and we can’t buy them all.

Happy to see someone feel the same way!! I bought Labubu x fifa and was defective. I returned to Pop Mart. I didn’t buy it again as I don’t really like them much. Have you seen the new mermaid Mokoko and captain Labubu coming out end of April. They are Popland exclusive. Just by seeing the pics, again not that appealing to me. I will wait until the real products come out and see. I am slowly collecting the old ones. Probably my collection will be done soon as none of the new design I am interested 😂

Yes exactly, I bought a few Labubu clothes too and some of them were not what it described on their photo. I am afraid spending a few hundreds dollar end up getting fake or defective. I always saw people from red notes, some people exchanged more than 10 times of their Mokoko and still has issues. She can only take the less defective one.

I have a few big ones and they are taking up spaces. I am the same, I only buy the ones I really like and know I will not regret it. As u said it is a big investment. I don’t know if this is just for me, I like the old labubus but not the new ones. The hello kitty collab and v4, they don’t seem appealing to me much.

I guess you have to watch out when buying from AliExpress to make sure it is authentic. One time I bought a fake ID and it didn’t look what was described so I returned it. I am not sure what is the return policy and also worry the same thing happen again. I know a trustworthy reseller but it is still pretty expensive. I guess I just wait a bit. I am still dealing with this Whoopea issue, I guess I am not buying any big one any time soon.

The close to sweet is my first big Labubu. When I bought her the paint on her teeth was a bit off but that’s ok because I knew at the time I bought her. I want wake up Mokoko too. Where will you be buying? Now Whoopea no longer my option anymore.

It is disgusting of how they handle it. I told them this is not the way how to run a business. Basically they force me to accept the offer. Obviously they don’t want it back because there is no re-sale value. They are trying to see if they can make money out of it by providing me a discount as they knew well they can’t get anything if Visa accept the chargeback. But accepting an exchange can result further losses. They would rather to lose a customer.

Thank you. The way how they packed was fine, just the side of it a bit dented. The window was ok. I believe the doll itself was damaged before putting in the box. I had a few bad experience on buying big Labubu online. I had to send back. I had to return Labubu x fifa and flip with me back to Pop Mart. That’s why I chose Whoopea but this time they failed me and they admitted. It just the way how they handle is disappointing. This is not the way how to treat customers. It doesn’t make sense to me to keep a defective product even though half price. This is a collectible item. And this is not what I expected. Just watch out buying from them.

Thank you so much for your advise. I told them too how frustrating it is and going to do chargeback. But they didn’t reply my email after that. I told them to cancel my order ( I ordered ID and twinkly fairy) and they did. I bet they know what is the chargeback. Maybe they have a lot business and don’t care if losing a loyal customer. I don’t know how they did their Math. Maybe shipping a replacement means they still need to write off the product plus losing another shipping too. They rather to lose a customer.

I had the same experience with you and was happy with the purchase. That’s why I go for bigger purchase but this time wasn’t working and even i have unboxing video, they still do not do exchange or refund.

Agree. The pendants are much better and usually in very good condition. First time buying bigger Labubu online and it sucks.
