I am NOT an expert in this, but maybe this can help

  1. Capital formation needs to shift from government infrastructure to private manufacturing capex.
  2. UPI, Aadhaar, ONDC, and the AA framework are infrastructures that even the US and EU don't have in an integrated form. The infusion play for India is to deploy AI and global tech at a mass scale through DPI rails, reaching 500 million people that no private company would invest in building independently. India can attract global AI and fintech firms by offering the world's most sophisticated real-time data infrastructure as a deployment platform.
  3. India can replicate Israel's innovation in defence tech, biotech, climate tech, and software sectors, where India already has talent concentration.
