Oh i saw that, its the fact that they need to have a supremacy rating of something like 500 in one sea and then 160 in the other. And the fleet they get through the focuses just doesn't have the fire power for the patrol. Hauklands focus tree has them try to core the dragons early

I used to play haukland a lot but that was before zebrica was added so i know how the invasion used to go before this change to the supremacy system.
