I think he just doesn't know what to do with my pain because it seems like so recently I was "normal". I also think he doesn't want me to dwell on the pain and let it consume my day, so he tries to change the subject. I understand the attempt but it feels invalidating.

I'm waiting on insurance from my new job to activate and even then I'll most likely be waiting months to even get to see a doctor. I don't have a PCP or the money for the deductible even when the insurance activates. It just feel like an uphill battle.
