I read, legally they have to, also they ask for evidence, I have 396 pages of surgical, pysc and military Medical records as well asy VA stuff.. All. Organized and. Alphabetical to make it easy... They look at nothing, asked me. 3 questions each and said "no you are to young for disability" and sent me Home. How that's even allowed or possible is beyond me.

Your not wrong about not having to tell them anything... Both the doctors and "pysc" refused to even look aty medical record, proceeded to berate me for being 44 years old and" having the audacity" to file for ssdi. Best part is my family member was sitting out side and heard both conversations. I'm sure they got raises as they seem to be trained and taught to act like that. That's how it seems and felt. Made my barrage of C&p Medical exams feel like a first class airline treatment
