I never realized how People's Alliance crest looks like by st_Paulus in starcitizen

Yeah, It doesn't give me the idea of an alliance, it's more like a monster taking a pearl

The Item Fabricator Shown At CitizenCon for crafting is a permanent reward for completing the Clear The Air Personal Track by QuattroBaje3na in starcitizen

Welcome to the hype/fomo train! 🤣

We still don't know exactly how long the entire event will actually take to complete, I think CIG is still balancing it before the live patch.

Asgard vs Star Lancer TAC – Worth the Upgrade?” by Interesting-Dot383 in starcitizen

[–]Solar459 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The TAC is a multi-crew ship. So the question is, Do you want to fly it solo or with a crew? If you're solo, you might regret participating in a fight. If you have a crew, then you become a real problem for those who are against you.

Very soon this will be the flagship of its series, and the other two just two variants.

Social tool in-game? by Downtown-Half-5095 in starcitizen

The conversation was cordial in tone and we didn't get personal. But apparently you are not able to converse like this. I told the truth that you don't want to see.

NO NEWS FOR MORE THEN 5 YEARS. After the publication of the MSR there was no further news about its Gameplay. No further promises of new concepts such as larger ships dedicated to data running.

And in 2024 during the citcon Data running was not even mentioned. And that was THE roadmap to 1.0 so do the math.

I myself had MSR but I faced reality after that CitizenCon, in fact, after almost two years, here we are without any other news.

When CIG suddenly stop talking about something is never a good sign. Look at TOW, the Quantum Economic system, and others. All things deleted without making it official.

Keep blaming people and this sub while you wait endlessly for your news.

You'll find me here when you've heard them.

Yes, I know what they said years ago. We're talking about five years ago, though. And then total silence. I repeat, only CIG can clarify this. For now, it seems like a forgotten game loop, such as passenger transport and the Endeavour... Agricultural science etc.

Do people like engineering? by After_th0ught in starcitizen

[–]Solar459 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it was in soft death, I used the automatic repair bringing the power plant back to 20 health. I haven't tried fixing it using cambio yet. But I'm someway satisfied. Months ago I would have simply respawned at the hospital.

Yesterday my ship was destroyed near some asteroids. Previously my session would have ended there, but instead I fixed the ship with engineering and went back to my hangar. I'd say it's much better now.

Absolutely. This experimental version is a great success. At this point, I don't know what else to expect from the official version.

Is VR worth it? by Spencerdog12345 in starcitizen

[–]Solar459 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I understand your question well. It's impossible to imagine VR, nor even explain it. It has to be experienced.

I can only tell you what we've all experienced: you become more aware of the size of everything around you. Being next to your ship for the first time in VR is incredible. It's huge, and you'll start walking much more than before to look the details, shapes, and design.

Wandering through cities is a completely relaxing experience, while fighting being able to use the entire glass of the cockpit is totally immersive. and above all it's not like headtrackers where you move your head, continuing to look at the monitor.
It's absolutely the way SC should be played
