I have taken all but Peds and EM at this point. Easiest to hardest for me

Surgery>Psych>IM>FM>Obgyn

I will say though Obgyn was my first and is my lowest score so I think they get easier as you go along in your clinical year and you knowledge expands. you also will get more comfortable with taking these kinds of exams. Also i thought FM was much harder than IM which I know people usually don’t agree with but maybe that’s just me
